Watermaid Venturi Assembly

The Wateremaid residential cell is mounted in the plumbing of your pool after all other equipment.  The water flow typically goes from the pump to the filter to the heater and lastly to the Watermaid cell.  The Watermaid Venturi assembly has 2 functions.

Typical Watermaid Venturi Installation

First it is the mount point for the cell.  The Watermaid cell mounts vertically to forma natural gas trap and to make installation length as short as possible.  This is particularely important when you have a tight plumbing installation and don’t have room for a horizontal cell and a flow switch.

The second function of the Watermaid Venturi Assembly is to ensure proper water flow through the cell.
